Should I use my co-worker's account or do I need my own?
We recommend you use your own account to avoid issues that can occur when multiple users access the same account. To set up your own account, complete our form or speak with your company’s Dixon online account administrator (admin) to be set up with a subaccount.
How do I log into my account?
At the top of the screen on dixonvalve.com, click on “My Account” and then “Sign In”. On the login page, enter the email and password associated with your account.
How do I change my password?
To change your password while logged into dixonvalve.com, go to the “My Account” page and click “Change Password”. Enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password. Click “Save” to update it.
What if I forget my password?
Navigate to the log in page, by going to “My Account” and “Sign in” at the top of our website. On the log in page, click “Forgot Password.” Enter the email linked to your account, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. How do I add a shipping address to my account?
To add a new shipping address to your online account, go to "My Account" and then click on "Address Book." Click "Add a New Address" under "Physical/Shipping Address," then enter the required information. You can add a nickname to the address and mark it as the default shipping address. The new shipping address can be used for immediate and future orders.
Where can I find my invoices online?
To view your invoices, log in and click on “My Account” in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “View Orders and Invoices.” This will take you to a page showing your open orders, with an option to view closed orders as well. Note: Only online orders placed within the last 90 days are visible in your online portal.
When do I see the price for my products?
When you’re logged into your online Distributor account, your price can be seen on the product pages, or in the shopping cart.
How can I check to see if you have parts in stock?
To check if a part is in stock, log into your account and go to "My Account." Select "Check Stock" and enter the part number and quantity you are looking for. Click "Check Stock" to see the item's availability at your primary branch and other Dixon locations.
When I’m checking stock, why am I getting a “Call Dixon” message?
There could be several reasons for this:
- The product requires special handling or assembly
- The selected product is a “special” non-catalog or non-stock item that requires assistance (eg accessories, specialty gaskets)
- The quantity entered may be out of bounds for the existing parameters for an online query
Is there a way to save time when entering repeat orders?
To reorder, log into your account and go to "My Account." Select "View Your Orders & Invoices," then click "Closed Orders." Find the order and select "Add to Quick Orders." Name the order, add notes if needed, and click "Save." You can also save an order for reorder during checkout on the "Checkout Complete" page.
Can I upload my order to the website?
Yes, you can upload your order with our easy-to-use Excel and CSV templates. Access these templates under “My Account”, then click “Upload an Order”. View our online account manual if you need additional assistance.
Can I place my rush order online?
Yes, you can. If you’re placing an expedited order after 3:30 pm EST, we recommend you call us at 877.963.4966 to confirm that we are able to process and ship the expedited order within your time frame. For rush orders, UPS Air Service is available as an option during checkout.

Can I ship to a different address than the address I used last time?
Yes. After you’ve selected “Proceed to Checkout”, you can enter a new shipping address. If you’ve previously added the address to your account, it will also appear in the “Shipping Addresses” list.
Can I place a pickup order?
Yes. We offer pickup service at your local Dixon Distribution Center. Simply select “Will Call” under “Ship Via” at checkout and we’ll typically have your order ready for pick up within 1-2 hours.
Can I add items to an order that has been placed?

Yes. However, specials are non-catalog or non-stock items that require additional assistance to process and may not show pricing online.
How quickly will my completed order show up in Dixon's system?
Once you’ve submitted your order, it takes approximately 15-20 minutes before it shows up in our system and you receive a web order confirmation. If there are any questions about your order, a customer service representative will reach out to you.
Can I start a return online?
To start a return, log in and click on “My Account” in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Request a Return.” This will open a form for you to complete and submit to our RGA team. Once they’ve reviewed your request, they’ll contact you if they have any questions.
How do I find product drawings, dimensional specifications, or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) sheets on the website?
Enter the part number for which you require information in the search bar; if the information is available for that product you will see a heading under ‘Resources’. Click on the link to download a PDF.
How do I request product literature?
Visit our Product Literature page. Browse the brochure contents, click 'Request a copy by mail' for the items you need and a hard copy will be mailed to the address you supply. Note that some items are not available in hard copy format and will be represented with the PDF download icon.
